3. Services Provided

We provide motorcycle purchasing services within the United Kingdom, which may include but are not limited to:
• Valuation and assessment of motorcycles
• Issuing purchase offers for motorcycles
• Collection and transportation of motorcycles

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Service at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information relating to the motorcycle;
• Ensure the motorcycle is solely owned by you, free from undisclosed finance or third-party claims (unless declared to us prior to sale);
• Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations related to the sale of vehicles.

You will be solely responsible for any losses or claims arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by you.

5. Valuations, Offers and Sale Process

a) Any initial valuation provided is based on the information you supply and is not a binding offer.
b) A final offer will only be made after an in-person inspection of the motorcycle.
c) The final offer is subject to the motorcycle’s condition, history, mileage, specification and documentation being consistent with the information provided.
d) We reserve the right to withdraw or amend an offer if discrepancies, undeclared faults, or additional information come to light during inspection.

6. Inspection and Collection

a) We reserve the right to inspect the motorcycle prior to completion of the sale.
b) Collection will be arranged at a mutually agreed time and location.
c) Title and ownership of the motorcycle transfer to SellYourBikeToday.com only once payment has been made in full and received by the seller.

7. Payment

Payment will be made via the method agreed at the time of sale (typically instant bank transfer) and must be received by you before the motorcycle is released to our representative.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, SellYourBikeToday.com will not be liable for any:
• indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses;
• loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill or reputation;
• losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Indemnity
