We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Service at our sole discretion and without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

b) A final offer will only be made after an in-person inspection of the motorcycle.
c) The final offer is subject to the motorcycle\u2019s condition, history, mileage, specification and documentation being consistent with the information provided.
d) We reserve the right to withdraw or amend an offer if discrepancies, undeclared faults, or additional information come to light during inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Inspection and Collection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) We reserve the right to inspect the motorcycle prior to completion of the sale.
b) Collection will be arranged at a mutually agreed time and location.
c) Title and ownership of the motorcycle transfer to SellYourBikeToday.com only once payment has been made in full and received by the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Payment will be made via the method agreed at the time of sale (typically instant bank transfer) and must be received by you before the motorcycle is released to our representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, SellYourBikeToday.com<\/a> will not be liable for any:

By completing the sale, you confirm that you are transferring full ownership of the vehicle to RB Moto Ltd, including all rights, title, and interest in the vehicle. From that point onward, the vehicle becomes the sole property of RB Moto Ltd and may be sold, transported, modified, dismantled, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completion of the sale and collection of the vehicle, it is not possible to cancel the transaction, reverse the sale, or request the return of the vehicle under any circumstances. We are unable to retrieve, repurchase, or return vehicles once ownership has transferred and the vehicle has entered our stock or resale process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are advised to ensure they are fully satisfied with their decision to sell before confirming the sale and handing over the vehicle and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Indemnity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellYourBikeToday.com<\/a>, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
